Sympel, Inc., or as it is commonly known, Sympel Communications, is a wireless access service provider, offering voice,
data and video services in the San Francisco metropolitan area via its own state-of-the-art
digital wireless network. Incorporated in March 2001, Sympel became one of the first
wireless Internet Service Provider ("ISP"s), authorized to provide wireless
private line access and internet service in the city of San Francisco. Sympel's
emphasis is to develop reliable, secure, redundant and high
quality local and Internet services to business and residential customers.
Sympel maintains its headquarters and Network Operation Center
("NOC") in San
Francisco, with plans to expand into other metropolitan areas in Northern California. This
structure will enable sales, service provisioning, customer service and technical
support staff to provide an exceptionally high level of customer support and
personalized service.
