There are two costs associated with a standard T1 line or fiber service; internet access and a local loop charge. Local loop charges are for the backhaul of your internet service. This cost ranges from $500.00 - $1500.00 depending on the location of your business. With Sympel wireless Internet service, you avoid having to pay the local loop charge. The service is a point-to-point service connected to the internet directly through our backbone.

3. No Costly Infrastructure Equipment

When working with a standard T1 connection, costly equipment is needed to bring the internet service to your office. Conventional ISPs typically pick high-level equipment that has more features and functionality than you need with costs you don't want to pay for. With Sympel, we pick a router that will perform to your specifications and budget and we will not oversell what you really need. The router is placed on the customer premises for the duration of the contract and there is no charge for the router. .

4. Flat Rate Billing

Sympel is a firm believer in making billing easy for the customer. We know that high-speed services are costly from the beginning and businesses have a set budget for the provisioning of these services and the associated monthly costs. Many Internet Service Providers will lower their costs on services just to sign a contract, and then put additional costs on top of your service cost for additional uses of the service. These additional costs will include a monthly fee per additional user added to the network after the service is installed, additional costs for transfer after 2-10 Gb of transfer depending on the provider, and additional cost per each e-mail account being used. With Sympel there is NO additional cost to our service. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.
